Registration Instructions

1. Registration is open to all regardless of race, creed, color, or national origin. All registrations are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Some weeks fill up faster than others so send in your registration soon.
2. Fill out registration form completely, including the signature of a parent or guardian. If registering more than one child, complete a separate registration form for EACH child attending.
3. A nonrefundable deposit for each camper must accompany all registrations.

4. Payment options:  NCCS Camp Newaygo accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and checks.  Checks should be made payable to NCCS Camp Newaygo.
5. Resident Camp Roommate Policy: Roommates must be of similar age or grade. To request a roommate choice you must write the name of the desired roommate(s) (max. 2) in the space provided on the registration form. Roommate requests must be designated by each roommate on their registration form.
6. Send registration and deposit to: NCCS Camp Newaygo, 6308 S. Warner Avenue, P.O. Box 149, Fremont, MI 49412.  Fax: (231) 924-5594.
7. All camp fees are due FOUR WEEKS PRIOR to the session you plan to attend.
8. Refund Policies: Refunds are given if requested at least 30 days before your week of camp. If you cancel less than 30 days before your week of camp, refunds are given only for medical reasons or family emergency. (All refunds are subject to the nonrefundable deposit charge.)
9. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by mail.

Arrival

Check in for all sessions is 3:00pm-5:00pm

Departure

Checkout for all sessions is 10:00am-12:00pm

Parents are encouraged to attend and enjoy closing ceremonies with campers and staff. Closing ceremony begins approximately ½ hour after checkout begins.

CAMP OFFICE
The camp office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Questions may be addressed to the registrar between 8:00 AM - Noon [EST] by calling: (231) 924-0641, ext.123. 

HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarships are awarded based on the individual camper’s need and availability of funds. If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please contact the NCCS office at (231) 924-0641 for a Scholarship Form.
