Our co-ed Day Camp has unique, educational and interactive programs where a kids can be kids with their days full of laughter and fun, all while enjoying the natural environment.

Day campers will spend the morning in activities centered around their chosen theme using the natural setting of camp. The afternoon will be spent doing typical camp activities like archery, hiking, games, nature, fishing, arts and crafts, and many others. Campers will also have an opportunity to swim every day! (weather permitting). Campers also get to enjoy the newly renovated Lang Lodge, including modern bathrooms, dining room and great room.

Session I - Survivor I
Newaygo County

July 5-9 (5 Days) 
Campers will learn all the skills needed to survive in the wilderness. They will learn how to build a fire, build shelters, hike, how to be prepared in the woods, and more. There is also an optional overnight on Thursday where campers will sleep in tents and learn what activities take place in the woods at night. If the sky is clear you may even learn about constellations.

Session I- Math Camp- 5th Grade Only
 
 
July 5-9 (5 Days)
This session is for math lovers. Have fun with simple geometry, learning more about angles in nature and through hands-on problem solving. Math coach and math specialist Lyndsey Kosten from Coopersville Public Schools will teach this session. Math camp will take place in the afternoon and camp activities will be in the morning. Additional $30 cost for this session.

Session II - Mother Nature's Studio
 
 
July 12-16 (5 Days)
Campers will use the nature around them to inspire and create their art. They will learn a variety of art methods including working with clay.

Session III - Mad Scientist
 
 
July 19 - 23 (5 Days)
Campers will experiment
with the wide world of science. They will spend the mornings doing their own experiments and learning about science.

Session IV - Forest Explorers
 
 
July 26- 30 (5 Days)
During this session campers will learn all about a forest, including what animals and plants live in the forest around camp as well as hike our trails.

Campers will learn about the many different plants and animals in the water, as well as different activities they can do in, on, and around the water.
