Speak Up! is a 2 day program for high school and middle school students that focuses on good leadership skills and educates students about how to put those skills into action through philanthropy. By discovering what philanthropy is, students begin to see that being a good leader makes for a life-long adventure. Youth are asked to demonstrate their various skills, become involved in group activities, think about their personal goals and interests, develop a mission statement and put their skills to work within their community. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Soar to new heights at Camp Newaygo! If you are looking for a challenge or are wanting to build team unity within your group, Camp Newaygo’s Harriet Dooge Challenge Course is the place to be. A trained facilitator will work with your group to help achieve specific goals. Programs can be built using teambuilding initiatives, low ropes, high ropes and our portable climbing wall. Some activities can even be brought to you!
